Looking for an edge in your game? Soccer Sphere’s S.E.A. training will help you develop your athleticism making you a faster, more agile and explosive soccer player. S.E.A. training is designed to improve all physical components of a soccer player. After taking part in S.E.A. training coaches, teammates and you personally will notice a difference in the following physical components:
- Speed over long distances
- More explosive while accelerating
- Ability to change directions quicker
- Endurance
- Strength
- Vertical Jump
- Balance
S.E.A. training sessions can be run in small groups or with a full team depending on what you or your group is looking to accommodate. Session will be no longer than 90 minutes long. S.E.A training is not only geared to develop the physical components of a soccer player but we put you in a soccer environment that incorporates the use of a soccer ball in each training exercise. We believe the soccer ball is the most important piece of equipment in the game and you should not train without it.
